Work injuries need more than symptom relief: they need a plan that restores the specific capacities your job demands, documentation your case requires, and communication among everyone involved. StepWell treats workers’ compensation and auto-injury (PIP) cases with the same one-on-one model as every other patient — you, your therapist, and a plan aimed at full duty.
Injuries we commonly treat
- Lifting-related low back and neck injuries
- Shoulder strains and rotator cuff injuries
- Knee and ankle injuries from slips, trips, and falls
- Repetitive-strain injuries of the elbow and wrist
- Whiplash and other motor-vehicle accident injuries
How work-injury care differs
Beyond treatment, your plan is built around the physical demands of your actual job — lifting thresholds, standing tolerance, repetitive motions. We document progress in those terms, communicate with your physician and, when authorized, your case manager, and progress you toward full duty with objective measures rather than guesswork.
Workers’ comp and auto (PIP) billing
New Jersey workers’ compensation and auto/PIP claims are billed to the carrier, not to you. Bring your claim number and adjuster information to your first visit and we handle the paperwork from there.
